How to Request Deletion
Email support@familyhub-planner.shop with the subject FamilyHub Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your registered email, phone number, or account identifier, if applicable.
- Confirmation that you want your FamilyHub account/data deleted.
- Any additional information that helps us locate your support or account records.
Local App Data
Most FamilyHub organizer data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual records in the app where available. Uninstalling the app generally removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to your operating system and any backups you created.
Processing Time
We aim to respond within 7 to 14 business days.
