Use of the App
FamilyHub - Family Organizer is provided as a family planning and organization tool. It helps users manage schedules, groceries, bills, reminders, household tasks, and related family information.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the app and for how you use reminders, lists, bills, dates, and other organizer features. You should review important dates, payment information, medical appointments, school activities, and other critical items independently.
No Professional or Emergency Advice
FamilyHub does not provide financial, legal, medical, safety, childcare, or emergency advice. The app should not be used as the only source for urgent, emergency, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer protected services, use optional AI or support features for harmful or unlawful content, or violate applicable laws while using FamilyHub.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If paid features or subscriptions are available, purchases are handled through the relevant app store, such as Google Play. Store terms, cancellation rules, and refund processes may apply.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of FamilyHub over time. We aim to keep the app useful and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyHub, AIMAILABS, and the publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from incorrect user-entered information, missed reminders, device issues, app store services, third-party services, or unavailable features.
